Before anything else, I’d like to acknowledge that Isaacs & Cole is no newcomer to providing outstanding guidance and support to business clients. Over the years the firm has enabled many businesses to grow and thrive through their advice and active engagement with business owners.

I’ve spent the last 20 years working with businesses of all sizes, helping them to seize new opportunities. Working in close partnership with business owners, I’ve helped teams embrace the changes needed to achieve their success. Private businesses have been a special area of focus for me because I really enjoy the mix of personal and business aspirations and challenges that need to be addressed in order to build lasting success. Over the last three years I’ve worked as a consultant alongside Steve, assisting clients in identifying and implementing growth opportunities by bringing the right team together to meet the needs of their organisation.

My formal appointment is now about enabling more of our clients to benefit from this successful model so that we can truly deliver on our promise as trusted business partners who can present realistic, exciting opportunities.

The first formal activity for the Business Advisory Team will be the introduction of a client outreach program, whereby we’ll make contact with every business client. By doing so, we can let everyone know that our main focus is identifying opportunities for clients to improve their business in simple, but effective ways and to actively look for chances to help them continue to grow and thrive. We’ve already completed some preliminary work and can see some truly amazing opportunities for our clients, irrespective of their size!
