My how time flies when you are having fun!! 2015 has begun, Australia are the football champions of Asia and the school holidays were a wonderful chance to enjoy some family time and an opportunity to enjoy looking at life through the eyes of others not blinkered by the experiences of life.

I had the pleasure recently of taking my young daughters to their first day of school for 2015. It was wonderful seeing the joy as they caught up with friends and the excitement they shared as they started a new adventure. As adults we can often get caught up in the way things are and can miss opportunities that may be available if we were looking at things differently. One of the things we pride ourselves on at Isaacs & Cole is offering a different perspective. Whether it is addressing a problem situation, considering a new opportunity or just checking the status quo, the second set of eyes can be invaluable.

This applies equally to ourselves and we hope you will take the opportunity to be our second set of eyes. An initiative we have been working on over the last few months is coming up with a way to understand how well we are servicing the most important thing in our business –  You as our client. We often ask our clients at the end of an assignment whether they are happy with the service we have provided, however we would like to up the ante by asking you to complete a very quick, four-question survey that gives you the opportunity to provide broad feedback, and us the opportunity to learn what we are doing well and what we can do better.
