As a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years’ experience, Tom specialises in helping clients navigate complex financial decisions, aligning business and personal success with clear, practical and well-informed outcomes. Tom has been with Enspira since its inception, building deep, long-term relationships with clients and developing a strong understanding of their broader goals and aspirations. Known for his calm, considered and strategic approach, he advises across tax compliance, structuring and strategic matters, ensuring decisions are both tax-effective and commercially sound.

As Head of Compliance, Tom ensures technical excellence underpins all client advice, while also embracing emerging technologies to support a more forward-looking and integrated advisory offering in a rapidly evolving profession.

Beyond the technical side, Tom contributes to Enspira’s culture of generosity and enabling aspirations, bringing genuine care and commitment to both clients and colleagues. He is regularly involved in the firm’s charity initiatives and values building strong relationships across the Enspira community. Outside the office, Tom enjoys spending quality time with his young family and still finds time for touch footy or a round of golf when the opportunity arises.
