Steve is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of dedication in the industry, 20 of which was spent as the Managing Partner at Isaacs & Cole before the formation of Enspira. Often described as a visionary, client advisory and forward planning is what Steve lives and breathes for – strategic planning, business planning, estate planning… forward orientation is truly Steve’s strong suit!
He has a firm technical grounding, however his real passion lies in getting behind the numbers to understand the business and the individuals that drive them. Steve has a genuine interest in people, their stories, visions and aspirations. He’s in his element when helping them strategise and plan ahead to realise those goals, and likes nothing better than to share that journey with them.
Steve is known among clients and colleagues for his imaginative thinking. Thinking outside the box comes naturally to Steve, and grants him the ability to develop creative solutions to thorny problems. He genuinely cares about the outcomes he provides for clients, and will go the extra yard to achieve it. Steve’s personal goal is that every client or colleague he works with will be better off for the experience. Steve is an avid supporter and spokesman for Enspira’s charity initiative. Always the first to offer his services, Steve is passionate about finding ways to help those in need both in and out of work. A dedicated family man, he spends much of his spare time with his family and playing golf.
